Then open mozilla firefox and click on the following one after the other:

When you get to the CONNECTION SETTINGS, click on MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION. When you get to SOCKS HOST, delete whatever is written there and replace it with your Chinese IP. Then in the box called PORT, enter the port number, (eg 1080, 3246, etc). Do not forget to indicate whether it is socks 4 or 5.

After doing this, click OK.

Then go to www.whoer.net to confirm that you are now using a Chinese IP. Once that is confirmed, you can then go to www. Paypal .com and open your account. When you get there, click on SIGN UP and fill the form.
When you get to the address and phone number, any of the following formats will be acceptable:

Address 1: 248 Xizang Zhong Road

City : Shanghai

Zip Code : 200001

State : Shanghai

Country : china.

Phone : +86 21 6122 8888

Or

Address 2: 62 Fuxi Street

City : Taiyuan

Zip Code : 030002

State : Shanxi

Country : CHINA

Phone : +86 351 868 9292

But please make sure you change the address number and phone number, so it won’t look exactly like that of someone else.

Please DO NOT enter a fake address or phone number, as paypal will find out and block your account immediately.
When you finish, paypal will ask you to link your credit/debit card. This is the card for your verification. At this point, you can just ignore it and click on the GO TO MY ACCOUNT button which is located on the lower part of the page. You will see that your paypal account has been opened, but it is still unverified. Now, just log out of your account.

Now that you have successfully opened a paypal account, the next step is the verification. As you know, a paypal account is useless, unless it is verified.
